2. Safe, Empathetic Rescheduling

Healthcare requires a different tone than enterprise sales. The Recova Voice Agent was parameterized to use an empathetic, non-judgmental tone, and integrated securely with real-time calendar availability to offer scheduling slots on the fly.

System: EHR Trigger: Patient ID #9482 marked as "No Show" for 10:00 AM. Current time is 10:15 AM.
Action: Fetching available slots for Dr. Smith over next 7 days. Found: Thu 2PM, Fri 9AM.
